This plain-language policy explains what information Authentic Learning Lab collects through this website and how it is used.
What we collect
When you complete a form on this site—an inquiry, the retreat waitlist, a product notification, or Notes from the Lab—we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, role, organization, and message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to send the updates you asked for, and to plan our work. We do not sell your information.
Email updates
If you join Notes from the Lab, the retreat waitlist, or a product notification list, we may store your email with our email provider, MailerLite, to send those messages. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we never re-add someone who has unsubscribed without new consent.
Payments
If you purchase a product in the future, payments will be processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details on this website.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. We do not use advertising trackers.
